To be eligible to register and use a ji33 account, you must:
ji33 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately and any balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active ji33 account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji33 Login credentials. You must notify ji33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ji33 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
ji33 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys card, driver's licence, passport) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
ji33 currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Available methods are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of your account dashboard.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ji33 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the relevant bank's clearing schedule. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to KYC verification. ji33 targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for e-wallet methods; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. ji33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the ji33 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ji33 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by payment providers.
Any deposit or withdrawal found to involve fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment credentials, or money laundering will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities, including AMLC where applicable.
All games offered on the ji33 Platform operate under specific game rules available within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ji33's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ji33 shall not be liable for:
In all cases, ji33's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ji33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified and withdrawable balance (net of any bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of identity verification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji33 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ji33 support to attempt informal resolution. ji33 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days of receipt.
ji33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
